   Please note that all orders will only proceed 2 days after order confirmation. For urgent orders, do contact us directly. 

   Substitution Policy 

   Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. In the event where the flowers, fillers, or foliages are not available,

   we will replace it with similar items of equal or greater value. This is to ensure that our flowers are fresh and in good condition. 

   Should the main bloom be unavailable, we will contact you to make a suitable replacement. 

   Not the Same 

   As all flowers & bouquets are unique, we are unable to deliver the exact replica. Photos are for illustration purpose. 

   Please allow slight discrepancies between photos and product.

   Cancellation of Order 

• No cancellation/exchange/refund of goods after order confirmation.
