- Only products in the Valentine's Day Category are available between 6 Feb 2024 - 15 Feb 2024.
- The dates may not be blocked off however, please note that all orders have to be made at least 2 days in advance. We reserved the right to substitute it with a different bouquet with the same value if orders do not fulfil the pre-order requirement. For urgent orders, please whatsapp us.
- Strictly No cancellation and refund for orders made between (6 Feb 2024 - 15 Feb 2024).
- As all flowers & bouquets/arrangements are unique, we are unable to deliver the exact replica. Photos are for illustration purpose. Please allow slight discrepancies between photos and product.
- In the event where the flowers, fillers, or foliages are not available, we will replace it with similar flower of equal or greater value
Delivery:
- In the event that delivery to the office address cannot be completed by 6PM, we will redirect the delivery to the recipient's home address instead.
- We are unable to advise on the exact arrival timing of your delivery. Deliveries between 13 Feb 2024 - 14 Feb 2024 will be delivered by our trusted delivery partners anytime between 9am - 6pm. If the recipient is uncontactable, we will leave the flowers outside the house.
